3 YEARS RESIDENCE PERMIT UNDER INTERNAL TRANSFER BASIS
This type of a residence permit is issued for a person being transferred from a foreign mother company to its branch office registered in Lithuania for work. The mother company has to be registered outside European Union and transferred persons have to be working in the mother company for at least six last months. We will register you a branch office and prepare required documents to apply for the residence permit as a managing director of the company or a regular employee being transferred internally between companies.
The application will be processed and the residence permit card will be delivered by the VFS global office agencies worldwide.

Branch company registration in Lithuania and 3 years residence permit
3 years RESIDENCE PERMIT by registering a BRANCH COMPANY in Lithuania.
If you have an active company in your own country (not the Schengen zone) you can open a branch company in Lithuania and get a residence permit for 3 years.
Lithuanian Residence Permits will be issued for you and your employees.
Branch company registration and one-person application price is-5,000 Euro: Each additional person in the company +2,500 Euro (children under 18y are free of charge), i.e. one company and 2 business partners in one company price 5,000 + 2,500 = 7,500 Euro.
In the company can be included unlimited amount of persons.

2 YEARS RESIDENCY PERMIT UNDER WORK PERMIT BASIS
This type of a residence permit is issued for persons who are applying for a work permit for professions which are on a high demand in Lithuania. This is a good option for applicants who does not haveany previous business experienceor does not wish to engageinto business operations in Lithuania. The residence permit is issued for two years. The application will be processed and the residence permit card will be delivered by the VFS global office agencies worldwide.
We will form a company for you in Lithuania and process work permits in the registered company for the applicants. The company owner will not be eligible to qualify for a residence permit under the basis of work permit, as he falls under the business ownership category and will be able to apply only for a business visa instead of a work permit. Therefore one person will have to be business owner and the rest persons will be eligible to apply for a work permit.

ONE YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRY BUSINESS TYPE D VISA
This type of a visa is issued for a person who has registered a fresh company in Lithuania which is not older than 1 year and is willing to start a business. It is possible to obtain a visa for maximum four members of the company: three shareholders of the company and one managing director, in this case the applicants may split expenses to reduce final costs per person. Each shareholder of the company is required to deposit 14’000Eur to the company bank account to qualify for the visa. After the process the deposit can be returned. The national type D visa is a multiple entry visa issued for a maximum period of 1 year. The difference compared to a C type visa is that D type visa holders are allowed to stay in Schengen territory all year long.

Multiple entry one year “D” type visa valid in all Schengen countries
- Register a new company in Lithuania and apply for 1-year national D-type visa immediately.
- Company registration and preparation of the documents for the Visa application takes 2 weeks.
- Company registration and 1 person application price 1,500 Euro:
- Each additional person in the same company is +500 Euro (children under 18y are free of charge), i.e. one company and 2 business partners in one company price 1,500 + 500 = 2,000 Euro.
- In the company can be included 1-4 persons. The company can be registered remotely (not necessary to come to Lithuania and stay here).
- The D-type visa allows traveling through all Schengen areas (Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Spain etc.)

ONE YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRY BUSINESS TYPE C VISA
This type of a visa is issued for a person who regularly needs to visit Lithuania for business purposes. It is possible to obtain avisa formaximum fourmembers of the company. Thevisa might be issued for a maximum period of 1 year allowing multiple times to enter and leave Schengen territory. We will register you a company in Lithuania and prepare business invitation letter with MIGRIS number for one year period to justify the circumstances entitling to get a multiple-entry short-stay visa. To qualify for this category visa the applicant has to be employed in a foreign company or own a business. During visa application at the VFS global agency you will be required to provide employment contract, covering letter from the employer or business ownership documents, three months bank statement, tax return document if applicable, health insurance, flight and hotel reservations. The difference compared to a D type national visa is that C type visa holders are allowed to stay in Schengen territory for a maximum 90 days during a 180 days period.
